6.Order is completed
Order confirmation email is sent to customer automatically right after order is completed, purchase is not completed yet. We send email to the customer “about order” after checking our stock in 2 business days. Purchase is finally completed with this email, therefore please do not make a payment with bank transfer and so on.
There is a case that some items are sold even though they are not stated “SOLD” or “HOLD” online, since we sell items in both of shop and online shop. We note whether there is any stock in the “about order” email.
